OUR APPROACH

Offerings designed for practice, purpose, and ethical impact

Common Sanctum began as a small circle of practitioners and builders asking one question: what changes when we train attention and ethics together? From that inquiry grew a set of offerings that blend contemplative mind training with practical tools for work, leadership, and community life.

Today we partner with founders, teams, and community organizers through programs, workshops, and guided learning. Whether you’re strengthening inner stability or shaping an ethics-led organization, we meet you where you are and build a path you can sustain—together, in practice and in community.

Common questions about our offerings

What kinds of offerings do you provide?

We offer mind training (individual and group practice), ethical business development (strategy, culture, decision-making), and education services (workshops, curricula, facilitation). Some are stand-alone sessions; others are multi-week programs designed to build steady, practical capacity.

Is this for individuals, teams, or whole organizations?

All three. Individuals join trainings and mentoring; teams book workshops and ongoing facilitation; organizations engage us for ethical strategy and learning programs. We’ll help you choose a format that fits your goals, timeline, and internal capacity.

Do I need a mindfulness background to participate?

No. We meet you where you are, with simple practices and clear language. If you’re experienced, we’ll go deeper; if you’re brand new, you’ll get foundations you can use immediately—without pressure to adopt any particular belief system.

How do we choose the right starting point?

Start with your intention: personal steadiness, team alignment, or an ethical business challenge. From there, we’ll recommend a next step—often a short introductory session or a small pilot—so you can try the work before committing to a longer program.

How are sessions delivered, and what’s the time commitment?

Most offerings are available online, with select in-person options for communities and partner organizations. Commitments range from a 60–90 minute session to multi-week series. We’ll confirm dates, cadence, and expectations up front so it’s sustainable.

What does “ethical business development” mean in practice?

It means building a business that can grow without sacrificing people, truth, or long-term impact. We work on values-to-behavior translation, incentives, stakeholder clarity, boundaries, and decision processes—so ethics becomes operational, not just aspirational.
